- Authentication Data: We support Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. When you use these services, we receive your email address and a unique identifier. We do not receive or store your passwords.

- Workout Data: Exercise types, sets, reps, weights, duration, and workout history
- Activity Data: Steps, distance, calories burned, active minutes
- Body Measurements: Weight, height, body fat percentage (if provided)
- Heart Rate Data: Resting heart rate, heart rate variability, workout heart rate (from connected devices)
- Sleep Data: Sleep duration and quality (from connected devices)
Device Information
We may collect:
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Unique device identifiers
Third-Party Integrations
If you choose to connect third-party services, we may receive data from:
- Apple Health (HealthKit): With your permission, we read and write health and fitness data
- Google Fit / Google Health Connect: With your permission, we sync fitness and health data
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Track your workouts and fitness progress
- Generate personalized insights and recommendations
- Calculate recovery scores and training load
- Sync data across your devices

- Your data is stored securely on our servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform

Managing Health Data Permissions
- Apple Health: Go to Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > GraphGains
- Google Health: Go to Google Fit app > Profile > Settings > Manage connected apps
- Fitbit: Go to fitbit.com > Settings > Applications > Revoke Access
Data Retention
- We retain your data as long as your account is active
- Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days
- Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics
Children's Privacy
GraphGains is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

Apple Health (HealthKit) Disclosure
GraphGains integrates with Apple Health to:
- Read: Steps, distance, active energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep analysis, weight, height, body fat percentage
- Write: Workouts completed in GraphGains
This data is used solely to:
- Display your health metrics within the App
- Calculate recovery scores and training recommendations
- Track your fitness progress over time
We do NOT:
- Use HealthKit data for advertising
- Share HealthKit data with third parties (except as required for App functionality)
- Sell HealthKit data
You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings.
Google Fit / Fitbit Disclosure
When you connect Google Fit or Fitbit:
- We access only the data categories you authorize
- Data is used solely for fitness tracking and insights within the App
- We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy
- You can disconnect these services at any time in the App settings
